No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
Yes, we offer lease terms between 3-12 months.
Yes, we love your furry friends! We allow up to two pets per apartment home.
Breed restrictions apply. Not approved but not limited to, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherd, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Including any mix of the breeds listed above.

You can conveniently pay your rent online via our Resident Portal.
The online portal will allow you to pay via debit or credit card with a convenience fee, or pay by ACH payment. ACH payments do not have a fee.
Rent is always due on the 1st of the month. This includes holidays and weekends.

Sagebrush is partnered with Parcel Pending, helping residents gain easy 24-hour access to their packages. Packages are not held at the front desk and are not accepted by the office.
You will receive an allocated water bill from us on your monthly statement.
Residents are responsible for setting up their own electricity through CPS Energy.
Residents are responsible for setting up electricity in the leaseholder’s name.
Non-emergency service requests can be easily entered into your online Resident Portal!
In the case that you have an emergency maintenance request, you can reach our team at any time to place an emergency service request by calling our office. If you call outside of office hours, please follow the prompt and our on-call emergency service associate will address requests that qualify as an emergency.
For emergencies that require immediate attention, such as fires, medical situations, or any life-threatening situations, please call 911 directly.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office or give us a call. If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
We encourage our residents to make their apartment their home. You are allowed to paint, hang pictures, and even mount your TV on the wall. We kindly request that you stop by the office to inquire about community specifics regarding decorating policies.
Parking is first come first serve in our open surface lot.
All residents are responsible for the actions of their guests and guests must follow the applicable lease and community policies.
There is no designated visitor parking, visitors can park in any open space.
